In 2018, RTI International celebrated 60 years of using research to improve the human condition. The executive leadership team wanted to celebrate the institution's history and global presence with a series of events throughout the 60th year.
I worked with the corporate communications department to design a website to keep everyone engaged in each celebratory phase. I wrote the HTML and CSS with the help of the Foundation for Sites CSS framework, then a colleague used Cold Fusion to implement the site's back end.
The 60th Anniversary project won a 2020 American Inhouse Design Award in the Branding and Identity Programs category.
