RTI International worked with a team of researchers from the Duke Global Health Innovation Center to develop a website and data sharing solution for the Launch and Scale Speedometer project. The researchers had collected data about how quickly various medical devices and treatments had been developed and launched. They wanted to share this complex data in an interactive, informative website.
I worked with colleagues to lead the Duke team through an iterative design process. I used examples of Tableau visualizations and stock photos to design site mockups and obtain client buy-in for our design. My colleagues then developed the database, visualizations and Drupal site pages.
